
Cancelling or Changing an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please e-mail us within 24 hours or less. If your order has not been
shipped yet, we will be happy to change it. We are unable to cancel or change any orders once they have been
shipped. However, we do want to have happy customer! Once you receive the order, return the unwanted products
to us with an explanation for the return along with your name, shipped address and invoice number and we will credit

We have a wholesale catalogs available to qualified retailer stores. If you are a retailer or international distributor and

Shipping Delivery Time
Orders placed Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm will normally ship by the following business day, subject to stock
availability.
Back Orders
We do not keep back orders. We will ship completely, if possible. Please reorder any missing items at a later date.
Delayed Shipments
We are unable to delay our shipments. Orders placed Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm will normally ship the same or
following business day.
Order Status
You can e-mail us at sales@thatwineismine.com to find out when your order was shipped. Then, to check the
shipping status of your order, please visit www.ups.com. You will need your tracking number, which was sent to you
in the post-order e-mail confirmation.
